Vin­cent advis­es nation­al and inter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies on all ques­tions of indi­vid­ual and col­lec­tive labour law, spe­cial­is­ing in col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing law and works con­sti­tu­tion law. He also focuss­es on the struc­tur­ing and ter­mi­na­tion of employ­ment and ser­vice rela­tion­ships as well as restruc­tur­ing projects.

Vin­cent stud­ied law in Mannheim. Dur­ing his stud­ies, he earned an LL.B. with spe­cial focus on employ­ment law. He then com­plet­ed his legal clerk­ship in Karl­sruhe, includ­ing place­ments at the employ­ment prac­tice of Gleiss Lutz and Fresh­fields. In addi­tion, he worked for two years in the in-house employ­ment law depart­ment of a glob­al trad­ing and ser­vices com­pa­ny.
