Vincent advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labour law, specialising in collective bargaining law and works constitution law. He also focusses on the structuring and termination of employment and service relationships as well as restructuring projects.
Vincent studied law in Mannheim. During his studies, he earned an LL.B. with special focus on employment law. He then completed his legal clerkship in Karlsruhe, including placements at the employment practice of Gleiss Lutz and Freshfields. In addition, he worked for two years in the in-house employment law department of a global trading and services company.
