Benedikt advis­es nation­al and inter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies on issues includ­ing works con­sti­tu­tion law, col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing law and indus­tri­al action law. He also spe­cialis­es in the struc­tur­ing and ter­mi­na­tion of employ­ment and ser­vice rela­tion­ships as well as restruc­tur­ing projects.

Benedikt Reiß­neck­er stud­ied law in Augs­burg. Dur­ing his stud­ies, he earned an LL.M. at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Pitts­burgh in the Unit­ed States. He then com­plet­ed his legal clerk­ship in Frank­furt am Main, includ­ing place­ments at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shear­man) and in the labour law depart­ment of a major air­line.
