The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sen\u00adtence 1 lit. c GDPR in con\u00adjunc\u00adtion with Art. 9 (2) lit. b GDPR and \u00a7 26 (3) BDSG.        <\/p><p>Your data will be delet\u00aded no lat\u00ader than 6 months after the end of the appli\u00adca\u00adtion process for the posi\u00adtion to which you have applied, unless we have hired you. If we have con\u00adclud\u00aded an employ\u00adment con\u00adtract with you, your appli\u00adca\u00adtion data will be includ\u00aded in your per\u00adson\u00adnel file. <\/p><p><strong><br>2.3. 2.3. Social media plat\u00adforms<\/strong><\/p><p>When you vis\u00adit our social media sites, the respec\u00adtive social media provider col\u00adlects per\u00adson\u00adal data about users (usage data), regard\u00adless of whether you are logged in or not, some of which is shared with us in the form of user sta\u00adtis\u00adtics. How\u00adev\u00ader, we do not have full access to the data col\u00adlect\u00aded or your pro\u00adfile data. <\/p><p>The fol\u00adlow\u00ading infor\u00adma\u00adtion, for exam\u00adple, may be pro\u00advid\u00aded to us anony\u00admous\u00adly:<\/p><ul><li>Followers\/fans, etc.: Devel\u00adop\u00adment of the num\u00adber of peo\u00adple who fol\u00adlow ULL<\/li><li>Reach: e.g. num\u00adber of peo\u00adple who see a spe\u00adcif\u00adic post<\/li><li>Ad per\u00adfor\u00admance (if rel\u00ade\u00advant): How many peo\u00adple saw an ad?<\/li><li>Demo\u00adgraph\u00adics: Aver\u00adage age of vis\u00adi\u00adtors, gen\u00adder, place of res\u00adi\u00addence, lan\u00adguage.<\/li><\/ul><p>How\u00adev\u00ader, we can\u00adnot draw any con\u00adclu\u00adsions about indi\u00advid\u00adual users from the usage data. Sta\u00adtis\u00adtics are only used to improve the online offer\u00ading on our social media sites and to bet\u00adter respond to user inter\u00adests. <\/p><p>If you inter\u00adact with us via social media, e.g. by send\u00ading us an appli\u00adca\u00adtion or oth\u00ader mes\u00adsage or com\u00adment\u00ading on posts, the rel\u00ade\u00advant con\u00adtent of the inter\u00adac\u00adtion will be processed by ULL. In addi\u00adtion, ULL may be able to see the pub\u00adlic infor\u00adma\u00adtion on your pro\u00adfile, which you can man\u00adage your\u00adself. <\/p><p>The legal basis for the above pro\u00adcess\u00ading by ULL in con\u00adnec\u00adtion with appli\u00adca\u00adtions is gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly Sec\u00adtion 26 (1) sen\u00adtence 1 BDSG (neces\u00adsi\u00adty for decid\u00ading on the estab\u00adlish\u00adment of an employ\u00adment rela\u00adtion\u00adship). <\/p><p>In all oth\u00ader respects, the legal basis for pro\u00adcess\u00ading is Art. 6 para. 1 sen\u00adtence 1 lit. f GDPR (our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adest in con\u00adduct\u00ading busi\u00adness cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00addence or, for exam\u00adple, respond\u00ading to enquiries about us as an employ\u00ader).  <\/p><p>In con\u00adnec\u00adtion with our social media pres\u00adence, we do not store any per\u00adson\u00adal data on the servers we use, except in cas\u00ades where we process your infor\u00adma\u00adtion inter\u00adnal\u00adly (direct com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion, e.g. appli\u00adca\u00adtions). In these cas\u00ades, the pro\u00advi\u00adsions set out in the data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion infor\u00adma\u00adtion for appli\u00adcants apply to appli\u00adca\u00adtions. <\/p><p>We also have reg\u00adu\u00adlar access to the data stored by the respec\u00adtive social media plat\u00adform. Trans\u00adfer of data to third par\u00adties<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>3.1 Clients and poten\u00adtial clients<\/strong><\/p><p>Your per\u00adson\u00adal data will not be trans\u00adferred to third par\u00adties for pur\u00adpos\u00ades oth\u00ader than those list\u00aded below.<\/p><p>Inso\u00adfar as this is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of client rela\u00adtion\u00adships with you in accor\u00addance with Art. 6 para. 1 sen\u00adtence 1 lit. b GDPR, your per\u00adson\u00adal data will be passed on to third par\u00adties. This includes, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar, the trans\u00adfer to oppos\u00ading par\u00adties and their rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtives (in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar their lawyers) as well as courts and oth\u00ader pub\u00adlic author\u00adi\u00adties for the pur\u00adpose of cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00addence and to assert and defend your rights.   <\/p><p>Under cer\u00adtain cir\u00adcum\u00adstances, we may also dis\u00adclose your per\u00adson\u00adal data to cer\u00adtain trust\u00aded third par\u00adties with whom we have con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal rela\u00adtion\u00adships, includ\u00ading:<\/p><ul><li>Exter\u00adnal ser\u00advice providers to whom we out\u00adsource cer\u00adtain sup\u00adport ser\u00advices such as word pro\u00adcess\u00ading, trans\u00adla\u00adtions, copy\u00ading and doc\u00adu\u00adment review<\/li><li>Third par\u00adties whom we com\u00admis\u00adsion in the course of pro\u00advid\u00ading our ser\u00advices to our clients, such as tri\u00adal lawyers, local legal advi\u00adsors and tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy ser\u00advice providers such as providers of data room or client man\u00adage\u00adment ser\u00advices; in such cas\u00ades, data will only be trans\u00adferred with the pri\u00ador con\u00adsent of the clients con\u00adcerned<\/li><li>Third par\u00adties who assist in the organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion or imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of events or sem\u00adi\u00adnars<\/li><\/ul><p>The data trans\u00adferred may only be used by the third par\u00adty for the pur\u00adpos\u00ades spec\u00adi\u00adfied.<\/p><p>The attor\u00adney-client priv\u00adi\u00adlege remains unaf\u00adfect\u00aded. Inso\u00adfar as data is sub\u00adject to attor\u00adney-client priv\u00adi\u00adlege, it will only be dis\u00adclosed to third par\u00adties in con\u00adsul\u00adta\u00adtion with you. <\/p><p>Fur\u00adther\u00admore, we may dis\u00adclose per\u00adson\u00adal data to super\u00advi\u00adso\u00adry author\u00adi\u00adties, courts, gov\u00adern\u00adment agen\u00adcies and law enforce\u00adment author\u00adi\u00adties if this is nec\u00ades\u00adsary or jus\u00adti\u00adfied for the rea\u00adsons stat\u00aded in this pol\u00adi\u00adcy. In rare cas\u00ades, we may be com\u00adpelled to dis\u00adclose your data due to legal or reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adto\u00adry require\u00adments. We will make rea\u00adson\u00adable efforts to inform you in advance, unless we are pro\u00adhib\u00adit\u00aded from doing so by law.  <\/p><p>No data will be trans\u00adferred to a third coun\u00adtry.<\/p><p><strong><br>3.2 Appli\u00adcants<\/strong><\/p><p>Your appli\u00adcant data will only be passed on to those depart\u00adments or per\u00adsons at ULL who need it to car\u00adry out the appli\u00adca\u00adtion process and to review appli\u00adcants.<\/p><p>No data will be trans\u00adferred to a third coun\u00adtry.<\/p><p><strong><br>3.3 Social media plat\u00adforms<\/strong><\/p><p>Your data will only be used or for\u00adward\u00aded inter\u00adnal\u00adly by the per\u00adsons respon\u00adsi\u00adble. Please refer to the pri\u00adva\u00adcy pol\u00adi\u00adcy of the respec\u00adtive social media net\u00adwork to find out who is involved in the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of data at the respec\u00adtive social media provider. <\/p><p>We do not trans\u00adfer data to third coun\u00adtries. How\u00adev\u00ader, it is pos\u00adsi\u00adble that a social media plat\u00adform oper\u00ada\u00adtor may con\u00adnect to servers in third coun\u00adtries (e.g. the USA) as part of its ser\u00advices and trans\u00adfer per\u00adson\u00adal data about you to those coun\u00adtries. Data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>To pro\u00adtect your per\u00adson\u00adal data from unau\u00adtho\u00adrised access and unau\u00adtho\u00adrised use, dis\u00adclo\u00adsure, alter\u00adation or destruc\u00adtion, we use a vari\u00adety of tech\u00adni\u00adcal and organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion\u00adal mea\u00adsures that com\u00adply with the rel\u00ade\u00advant data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions.<\/p><p>This includes the use of tools to pro\u00adtect against data loss in order to pro\u00adtect ULL, our employ\u00adees, clients and exter\u00adnal ser\u00advice providers from cyber threats and the loss of sen\u00adsi\u00adtive data.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f19c00;\"><strong><br>5. Rights of data sub\u00adjects<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>You are enti\u00adtled<\/p><ul><li>to with\u00addraw your con\u00adsent to us at any time in accor\u00addance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. As a result, we will no longer be per\u00admit\u00adted to con\u00adtin\u00adue pro\u00adcess\u00ading the data based on this con\u00adsent in the future  <\/li><li>pur\u00adsuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request infor\u00adma\u00adtion about your per\u00adson\u00adal data processed by us.
