A par­tic­u­lar focus of Felicia’s work is advis­ing on com­plex issues relat­ing to col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing agree­ments and indus­tri­al action law as well as lit­i­ga­tion there­to.

Her exper­tise also extends to co-deter­mi­na­tion con­flicts with works coun­cils and the deploy­ment of exter­nal per­son­nel.

She advis­es both nation­al and inter­na­tion­al clients with a focus on the trans­port, logis­tics, health­care and food sec­tors.

Feli­cia received her doc­tor­ate from Bucerius Law School in Ham­burg for a the­sis on works con­sti­tu­tion law and is a co-lec­tur­er at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mün­ster for col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing and indus­tri­al action law.

She pub­lish­es reg­u­lar­ly and is request­ed as a speak­er for col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing and indus­tri­al dis­pute law issues.
