We are keen for you to be seen. This applies both to our work for clients and to your peers at conferences and in specialist articles.
Education
We strongly encourage you to continuously enhance your skills. Our training program consists of the following modules:
- On-the-job training: By working in a team, you will gain practical experience from day one. Regular feedback ensures that you know what you are already good at and which aspects can still be improved.

Offsites
Regular offsites at home and abroad promote team spirit and help us to get to know each other even better.
What we expect:
Exam grades
Stellar grades are not all, but they do provide an initial indication of your legal abilities. As a rule, we expect you to have achieved a total of 18 points in both bar examinations.
Internationality
Many of our clients operate internationally. It is therefore advantageous if you have spent some time outside Germany. We consider it essential that English language skills can at least be improved to enable you to negotiate confidently in English in the foreseeable future.
Ability to work in a team
The quality of our work strongly benefits from mutual exchange. We expect you to be sociable and open. You don’t see rapidly changing conditions as a threat, but as a challenge that you are happy to accept.
Enthusiasm
We would love you to be passionate about labour law. You can only perform at your personal best if you are enthusiastic about your work. You may only realise whether this is the case after some time. Initially, we only expect you to have a pronounced inclination towards labour law, which you have demonstrated, for example, through the corresponding specialisation, a traineeship in the field of labour law or a dissertation on labour law.
Commitment and Responsiveness
The fulfilment of our clients’ wishes is our top priority. This requires a certain degree of flexibility from all of us — especially in times of high busyness.
