Lawyers — young professionals and experienced lawyers

What you may expect:

Exciting projects

You work in all areas of labour law. Our projects and mandates are thrilling. On this basis, you discover which specialisations may suit you best.

Client contact

You are not stuck in the back office. Instead, we ensure you work frontline with clients right from the start.

Team

You are not left alone but can rely on your team for guidance.

Visibility

We are keen for you to be seen. This applies both to our work for clients and to your peers at conferences and in specialist articles.

Education

We strongly encourage you to continuously enhance your skills. Our training program consists of the following modules:

Remuneration

We expect top performance and grant top remuneration in return. We established a transparent remuneration system allowing calculability. Our starting salary for new entrants is currently EUR 130,000 gross and is constantly increasing. From the 3rd year onwards, you may receive a bonus depending on your personal performance and the firm’s yield.

Career

You start as an Associate and evolve towards partnership via 2 futher steps — Senior Associate and Counsel. We are keen to have you on baord long term and support you on the path to partnership.

Flexible working models

At the beginning of your employment, we consider regular office attendance important. This will allow you to benefit from the knowledge of other lawyers and become an integral part of our team. In the longer term, you will generally be able to work 2 days a week from home or remote. We are open to flexible working time models that allow you to align your private and professional expectations.

Offsites

Regular offsites at home and abroad promote team spirit and help us to get to know each other even better.

What we expect:

Exam grades

Stellar grades are not all, but they do provide an initial indication of your legal abilities. As a rule, we expect you to have achieved a total of 18 points in both bar examinations.

Internationality

Many of our clients operate internationally. It is therefore advantageous if you have spent some time outside Germany. We consider it essential that English language skills can at least be improved to enable you to negotiate confidently in English in the foreseeable future.

Ability to work in a team

The quality of our work strongly benefits from mutual exchange. We expect you to be sociable and open. You don’t see rapidly changing conditions as a threat, but as a challenge that you are happy to accept.

Enthusiasm

We would love you to be passionate about labour law. You can only perform at your personal best if you are enthusiastic about your work. You may only realise whether this is the case after some time. Initially, we only expect you to have a pronounced inclination towards labour law, which you have demonstrated, for example, through the corresponding specialisation, a traineeship in the field of labour law or a dissertation on labour law.

Commitment and Responsiveness

The fulfilment of our clients’ wishes is our top priority. This requires a certain degree of flexibility from all of us — especially in times of high busyness.

Every individual in our team is exceptional. Together, we achieve the extraordinary.
