Uwe Schulz – Senior Asso­ciate at Ubber Labour & Law — Labour law at its best

Uwe advis­es nation­al and inter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies in the field of indi­vid­ual and col­lec­tive labour law. His work focus­es on the struc­tur­ing and ter­mi­na­tion of employ­ment and ser­vice rela­tion­ships as well as on mat­ters relat­ing to works con­sti­tu­tion law, col­lec­tive bar­gain­ing and labour dis­putes. He also reg­u­lar­ly advis­es on restruc­tur­ing projects.

Uwe stud­ied law in Frank­furt. He com­plet­ed his legal clerk­ship at the High­er Region­al Court of Frank­furt, includ­ing a stint in the labour law depart­ment of a major inter­na­tion­al bank. Dur­ing his stud­ies and his legal clerk­ship, Uwe worked in the labour law depart­ment of Allen & Overy (now A&O Shear­man).
