You are an inte­gral part of our team right from the start, be it dur­ing your legal trainee­ship or dur­ing your doc­tor­ate.

We are keen to offer the best pos­si­ble train­ing and pro­vide an oppor­tu­ni­ty to gain prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in labour law at an ear­ly stage. As a trainee lawyer and research assis­tant, you will be immersed in our work. Your bud­dy will ensure you are assigned a vari­ety of tasks and will give you reg­u­lar and valu­able feed­back.

In the course of your train­ing, you dis­cov­er whether work­ing with us is a fit for you in the long term. Your assign­ment as a trainee lawyer or research assis­tant gives us the oppor­tu­ni­ty to become acquaint­ed with you at an ear­ly stage. Our aim is to recruit as many trainee lawyers and research assis­tants as pos­si­ble as future asso­ciates.

For trainee lawyers and research assis­tants before the 2nd bar exam­i­na­tion, cur­rent­ly our salary amounts to EUR 900 gross per work­ing day per week. After the 2nd bar exam­i­na­tion, you will earn EUR 1,200 gross per work­ing day per week.

We expect above-aver­age grades, the abil­i­ty to work in a team, enthu­si­asm for labour law and a high degree of com­mit­ment.
